Getting Your Montana Marriage License
Obtaining your Montana marriage license as an LGBTQIA+ couple follows the same process as for any other couple. Since same-sex marriage was federally legalized in 2015, you won't encounter any additional requirements. Here are the steps to get your Montana marriage license:

Pay the $53 fee once you sign your license. Additional $2.31 fee will be applied for credit card payments
