I'm Stan, a photographer from Bulgaria who found home in Montana.
Based in Kalispell, Montana
I moved here from Bulgaria in 2016 and fell hard for Montana, the mountain light, the quiet mornings, the way a whole day can unfold out on a trail in Glacier National Park. These days I'm a Montana elopement photographer, and I work with couples who want their day to feel like them, not a template. My style is documentary and warm. I'll guide you when it helps and step back when the moment is already doing the work. When I'm not behind the camera, you'll find me at home with my husband Obi and our cat. Whoever you are and whoever you love, your day should feel like yours.

Eleven years behind the camera and still chasing light across Glacier National Park and the Flathead Valley, one golden hour at a time.
Behind the Camera
Bring a date and a feeling. I'll help with the rest: which corner of Glacier, when the light is best, the park permit if you need one.
On the day I stay mostly quiet and watch for the small things, a fixed collar, a laugh mid-vow, the hush right after, and keep the light on your side when they happen. Camera shy? Nearly everyone is, for about twenty minutes.
Ridge hike or a slow evening at Lake McDonald, you get the same thing: photographs that feel the way the day felt.
